Indoor Beech plywood for general use

The interior plywood is manufactured with layers of beech wood structural veneer, gluing with urea-formaldehyde resin and it is used for furniture and furniture components, for interior designs, stairs, packages due to its high strength. The boards of plywood are safe in terms of health, the emission of formaldehyde fulfill in E1 class.

Thicknesses:

3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, 30, 35, 40 mm (other thicknesses by request)

  • 2000 x 1220 / 1250 mm
  • 2200 x 1220 / 1250 mm
  • 2440 x 1220 / 1250 mm
  • 2500 x 1220 / 1250 mm
  • 2500 x 1220 / 1500 mm

The fiber direction is parallel to the length of the boards

  • 700, 800, 900 x 100 x 12 mm - elements used for the bed strips

Types of interior plywood:

  • beech plywood for indoor use glued IF20, E1 class
  • beech plywood for indoor use with high resistance, glued I 67 – humidity resistant higher than normal, in contact with water heated up to 67 degrees.
  • beech plywood for wet environment glued AW 100, protected faces or raw faces water resistant or moderate bad weather.

Quality classes:

Depending on the appearance of exterior veneer faces accordingly to the natural structure of wood the plywood is classified as:

Quality:

  • accordingly to Romanian Standard STAS 1245-90 Beech plywood for indoor works , with combination of faces: A/B, B/C, C/D, D/D
  • accordingly to SR EN 635-2 –Plywood- Classification by face appereance, I, II, III, IV quality, with faces combinantion I/I, I/II, II/II, I/III, II/III- Classification by face appereance- Hardwood

Gluing:

IF 20 or I 67, based on customer's requirements, according to SR EN 314-2 for indoor use, formaldehyde emission E1 according to SR EN 636

Humidity:

10% +/- 2% at the time of delivery
